DevHero v2 is a platform connecting companies with qualified freelance developers while providing developers with training, knowledge, and new project opportunities. The platform helps beginners learn and find work, earning revenue either as a percentage of freelance earnings or a one-time fee upon full-time hiring.

I designed the interface to make both hiring and learning seamless, with clear dashboards, structured profiles, and smooth onboarding flows. As a result, the client gained a platform that increased successful developer placements, improved engagement with learning resources, and boosted revenue through more hires and project matches.
