Call it recency bias if you want but for our money (hopefully not), Prismatic Evolutions Special Illustration Rare Umbreon EX is the best-looking Eeveelution in the Pokemon TCG

I am going to rate this card a 3 out of 5 because even though you can switch out this card whenever, all the Deoxys cards still aren't that great, they are all just about average, also Deoxys' only move is about average for 3 energy cards, the average is probably 60 hp damage but since Fastwave isn't affected by weakness or resistance it will always do 50 damage

It starts as a mana source, then it makes a massive Construct token that gets stronger with every artifact you control

All the whimsy and cuteness that was part of the Eevee card sleeve
