Cllr is a mobile application designed to streamline governance and council member management by providing an intuitive interface for scheduling meetings, managing agendas, tracking votes, and facilitating community engagement. The app brings together calendars, document libraries, decision workflows and community feedback channels into one cohesive workspace.

I crafted the design to make governance workflows accessible and efficient — simplifying complex tasks like agenda creation, vote logging and stakeholder communication into clean, clear user flows. The result is a branded platform that significantly improved operational efficiency for council members, increased transparency with constituents, and boosted engagement between officials and the public.
