It certainly doesn't feel fair when the green player at your table drops several lands in a row, and that's when a card like Land Tax comes into its own

That's all down to personal taste, of course - and as the price reflects, this isn't one of the most desirable promo cards out there
The plus side is that its a good mill target, so youre not unhappy if you mill this one or discard it
