In general, players don't like downside mechanics unless they're especially flavorful, and echo is about as unflavorful as it gets
I could even imagine a future, if this is popular enough, where brackets are included on product packaging and we could occasionally release preconstructed decks at different levels depending on the set: imagine a highly thematic and flavorful set of four Bracket 1 decks or a set of juiced-up Bracket 3 decks
