This is produced using locally sourced ingredients which include Fresh Strawberries and Lime which creates a Sweet Little tipple with notes of Juicy Strawberries throughout which are mellowed out with notes of the Citrus Lime

This new expression is matured for 7 years in some of the finest casks available to the whisky industry

then Herbal Lime Leaf and Warm notes of Cassia

Their aromas are more funky and sometimes closer to rhum agricole.
