On the nose

Bourgogne Aligoté Fusion 2022 mouthwatering finishAligot is often overlooked in Burgundy, but thanks to Seichii Saito, its impossible to ignore. This wine strikes a perfect balance between tension and texture with a citrus punch up front wrapped around ripe stone fruit, all held together by a salty, mouthwatering finish. A vivid reminder that Aligot is anything but an afterthought.
