Roosevelt Signed Letter with accompanying pair of binoculars used by the Navy in WWI. President Franklin D. Roosevelt typed letter hand signed by FDR as Assistant Secretary of the Navy during WWI. In the letter Roosevelt thanks the recipient for their donation of two pairs of binoculars which were leased for use by the Navy during WWI. Accompanying the letter is the set of binoculars referenced by Roosevelt which were used during the war.
