Charly Nicolle, Chablis 1er Cru Mont de Milieu 2023 750ML Disc Bundle While this could use betterA brilliant wine with bright clarity and light yellow straw to pale gold hues. Juicy, concentrated, and rich with a smooth texture. It displays a "piercing" acidity and mineral tension typical of its clay limestone origins. Expect flavors of ripe fruit, green apple, and white peach. Long and focused with a distinct saline edge, seaweed notes, and toasted nuances.
