Etienne Sauzet, Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Champ Canet 2020 750ML sale white chocolate and hints ofThe 2020 Puligny Montrachet Champ Canet 1er Cru has one of the most mineral terroir driven aromatics from Sauzet, tensile with flint and gravelly scents. The palate is well balanced with a touch of reduction on the entry, good weight and acidity. Sapid, concentrated, there is a lovely stem ginger element on the finish that lingers. Lots of potential but this will need time.
