Lao Cong Shui Xian Wuyi Oolong Flavored White sweet character with soft woodOur 2025 harvest Lao Cong Shui Xian is exceptional. Made from older bushes by Zhou Yousheng and Huang Shiying, this yancha (or "rock tea") is sweet with complex notes of jammy fruits and a touch of a floral backbone among a soft, comfortable body. The tea steeps exceptionally smooth, which is a hallmark of high end, well made Chinese teas. The older bushes for the tea (average of 60 years) contribute an addictive slipperiness to the liquor.
