The Nerissa in Tourmaline The Thea Gemstones Afghanistan originThis Tourmaline has the most intriguing icy appearance, with an inner glow like that of a Paraiba. In fact, it may be a Paraiba. It was mined in Brazil, very near the famous Paraiba mines, but has not been tested for the copper content necessary to grant the Paraiba title. It's nestled in the center of a Nerissa, one of my most popular designs over the years, flattering, feminine, and classic. It's paired with a clean, crisp color scheme that
