sappy core of fruit

like discovering a new needle in a haystack of overwhelming complexity with each fresh sip

The nose bursts with wild raspberry

The 2020 Pouilly-Fuissé En Chatenay has turned out nicely

Joseph Pascal, Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Hameau de Blagny 2023 750ML SPSpain615MAR An elegantThe 2023 Puligny Montrachet Hameau de Blagny 1er Cru has a nicely composed bouquet, with well integrated oak and scents of apple blossom, passion fruit and pear. It gains intensity as it opens in the glass. The palate is well balanced and fresh, with a keen line of acidity and quite a concentrated finish that needs a little more mineralit. Still, there is plenty of pleasure to be found here and it will drink well from the off.
