张佳珏（1928－），湖北沔阳（现名仙桃）人。1954年毕业于广州中山大学英语专业。1986年任广州外国语学院（现名广东外语外贸大学）德语教授。前后两次共4年在德圆黎尼黑大学东亚学院任教。他曾主编《简明德汉词典》、《德语一日一题》、《汉语虚词德译词典》等著作，并发表了“德汉词典编纂刍议”，“德语词典的历史和现状概述”等论文及若干汉译文学作品。
