The nose is profound and cool, with a fantastic fragrance of floral notes, cassis, blackberries, and a subtle hint of oak from barrel aging. The palate is spicy, fresh, clear, and pure like a mountain stream. The wine has excellent structure, displaying a lot of Cabernet character. This is once again pure precision, with the tannins being pronounced yet
