so we bypassed the sorting line and went through a traditional foot treading before being loaded into the press

“Torrette” is the regional designation referring to wines made from certain villages in the Valle d’Aosta principally from the Petit Rouge grape (70% minimum)

The midpalate brings lime zest, green papaya, florals, jalapeno, a burst of blood orange juice and racy acidity to finish. This will be a brunch favorite.
