This piece was in the State of the Art Art of the State show at the Louise Wells Cameron Art Museum in Wilmington, NC, from October 2014 through February 2015. I made this piece specifically for the museum show it was in. The shield was hand cut from sterling silver sheet and hammered for textured. Each of the silver flowers has hand cut and hand domed, then soldered
