Here he blends Muscat a Petit Grains and Grenache Noir to create a Ros that has the aromatic floral lift you'd expect from the Muscat (yes it's dry) combined with all the red fruit and spice that great Grenache Noir has to offer. Surprisingly, quite a gourmet wine instead of an aperitif style, so would be more suited to the dinner table than outside in the sun.
