The souvenir hat has the coat of arms in hand painted enamel paint for Perth, England and measures 1. 5+ inches high by 2. 75 inches long by 2 inches wide. The hat was made 1890 1910 and is unmarked, so I don't know the maker. It looks like an Arcadian Ware or Goss piece which were often unmarked at this date. The top
