Meyer-Näkel 2021 Sonnenberg Spätburgunder Grand Cru dry 1967 The south-facing vineyard has loamy

The south-facing vineyard has loamy sandy soil which is interspersed with red sandstone and has a subsoil with lime deposits

Through the seemingly deliberate reserve one feels the power and momentum coursing within

Surprising with monkfish roasted in aromatics with porcini risotto

with starters such as paté and game terrines

Taste: Intense
