Alfred Meakin Salad Plate – Fawnleas Pattern Enamelware The firm was established inA beautiful Alfred Meakin porcelain salad plate, decorated in the Fawnleas pattern which shows six bunches of yellow and orange marigolds and hanging orange bell shaped flowers, as well as tan and black leaves along the verge of the plate and a deep yellow trim on the rim of the plate. The plate is stamped underneath Alfred Meakin England Fawnleas. The salad plate has age related crazing and a few chips underneath the rim, not visible from the top.
