Noemi - 0% Developer 14ML nosync O-cymen-5-OLThe Solution is the developer for Noemi Hybrid Dye. The structure of the color becomes ideal and does not run. The Noemi Solution Corrector 0% helps reduce the percentage of peroxide. It can be added to 3% developers after lamination or when tinting eyelashes which makes the tinting process more gentle. Example: Mix 1: 1 with Noemi Solution 6% to get a 3% developer. Or mixed with Noemi Solution 3% you get 1. 5%. You determine the strength yourself.
