Amontillado 雪莉桶（天使雪莉）來自西班牙 Jerez 產區，是最稀有的雪莉桶，只佔 Glenfiddich 所採用雪莉桶的不到 5%，極其珍貴。它為原本清新的果乾香氣與細膩的香料餘韻增添層次，進一步提升了經典 12 年的甜美果香。

Château Doisy-Dubroca 其實同出一源。第一份有關的文字記載，就是由 Andre Julliens 於1832年著作的 Topographie de tous les vignobles connus 。Daëne 的部分最初由波爾多葡萄酒商人Jean Jacques Emmanuel Daëne擁有。他的兒子於 1875 年繼承酒莊，1878 年轉售予 Jean Pail Billot的女兒，再輾轉於1889年賣給 Debans兄弟。
