Spontaneous fermentation in barrel has resulted in subtle walnut and oaky aromas developing into creamy nutty fruit on the palate. This is definitely not a fruit driven wine, but the layers of texture from creamy silkiness, to firm grippy acidity and an almost voluptuous mouthfeel make it highly appealing and moreish.
