Deeply pitched aromas of baking spices, ripe yellow apple, with hints of tropical fruits permeate the glass. A subtle floral element further lifts the nose and offers intrigue. In the mouth, the palate is saturated with density. Apple and pear flavors predominate and flow into the terrific, signature mineral driven finish.
