The standard VersaDrive Shank measures 11mm (AF) whilst the heavy duty VersaDrive MAX shank is 20mm (AF) meaning it can be used in far higher torque applications. The VersaDrive MAX adapter accommodates the larger shank and can withstand the high torque needed in VersaDrive MAX applications.
