A specially formulated version of KI NO BI, using 11 botanicals distilled in six flavour categories but in different proportions. KI NOH BI Ed 10 has been aged in a red wine Karuizawa cask. Cask ageing has clearly added new unique flavours whilst retaining the subtlety of the spirit.
