I use a Dremel rotary tool to round off the sides so the piece is not sharp

but it doesn’t dim the colors in the glass as much

This fan pull is made with black tourmaline

I fired this piece in my kiln up to 1800 degrees using what's called a Tack fire and is slightly lighter than a full fuse fire because it simply "tacks" the various glass pieces together
