Overall size of the plugs are 1 2" (12 mm) with a wearable size of 7 16" (11 mm). If you have a thicker or thinner lobe and would like a different wearable size, please click here for a different wearable size. If this is the first time you have purchased teardrops, you will want to order the size your normally wear. The circumference around the tear drop is the same as our round plugs. These
