Marco Sara Refosco dal Peduncolo `El Re` 2022 (750ml) Pays d'Oc with moderate alcohol levelsThe 2021 Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso is wildly unique. A burst of incense and cedary spice gives way to depths of pepper tinged black raspberry. Its soft textured and focused on purity, with tart wild berry fruits accentuated by zesty acidity and a core of saline minerals that add savory tension. The 2021 finishes potent yet fresh, with violet inner florals and wild blueberry hints that slowly fade.
