This has acceptably energy though I wouldn't recommend aging it for more than a few years

Weingut Ewald Gruber-Roschitz Gruner Veltliner, Weinviertel DAC, Austria 2023 Vernaccia di San Gimignano which cascades into fresh cutThe Rschitz series stands for fresh, clean and finessed wines with pronounced minerality and grape character. The vinification with both fermentation and storage in stainless steel tanks also aims to preserve the fruit and freshness optimally. The aroma offers slightly herbaceous and extremely lively Grner Veltliner fruit. The taste is crystal clear, with notes of apple and white pepper. A wine that makes you long for the next sip, the next glass.
