The agave benefits from a unique process that involves slow roasting with oak and mesquite in a traditional pit oven, followed by a meticulous double distillation in copper stills and an open air fermentation in wooden vats. This method highlights the naturally concentrated sugars, resulting in an aroma loaded with vibrant citrus
