Made with sustainably grown highland agave aged 810 years, the tequila is slow cooked in brick ovens, naturally fermented with ambient yeasts, and double distilled in small pot stills. Aged for 8 months in reused American oak barrels, it features notes of caramelized fruit, ginger, and pepper, offering a balanced and complex profile without additives or
