Domaine la Croix Belle - Caringole Rosé NV Uruguay is the winery’s first vineyardLocated in one of the lesser known regions of the Languedoc, the Cotes de Thongue, this domaine is nestled in the foothills of the Montagne Noire, on the slopes of the Cevennes just north of Beziers on great wine producing soils, mostly gravel and pebbles. It has been in the same family for more than two centuries. Since 1977 it has been in the hands of Francoise and Jacques Boyer, who replanted all the vines, introduced modern vinification methods
