A very squeaky, succulent white wine with distinct savoury and root vegetable elements, as is often the case with this variety. Preserved lemon, ginger, green almond, hay and oatmeal characters are the mainstays here. Excellent length of flavour, freshness and the savoury derived complexity elevates the wine.
