Huards Cheverny Envol (Rouge) 2021 (750ml) Gevrey-Chambertin black olives and mineralsDomaine des Huards was founded in 1846 and is now on its 7th generation. Since 1998 they have been certified biodynamic by Biodyvin. The "Envol" is the consummate Cheverny rouge blend made up of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Gamay. The Pinot is grown on their clay limestone soils and the Gamay favors the siliceous clay soils. All grapes are fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The Envol sees no wood and is a pure expression of these soils
