Their Chenin Blanc comes from sandy, well drained soils in the Santa Ynez Valley and is vinified with native yeasts and no heavy oak, keeping things fresh, textural, and true to grape and place. The 2023 vintage shows bright pear, yellow apple, lemon peel, and a touch of chamomile, with saline minerality and a gentle waxy
