The eponymous Northern Rivers is a region of the Australian state of New South Wales, Famous for its white beaches, wild nature and perfect surfing conditions. This land harboured hippie communes and communities looking for alternative ways of living. This is where the characters depicted in Lola Paprocka and Pani Pauls photograph
