Aromas of fresh grapefruit, sliced lemons, rolled oats, flint, quartz, citrus blossoms, yellow apples and honeysuckle. The palate is mid weighted, with highly strung energy leading into a densely packed core of fruit, supported by striking acidity and a mineral backbone.
