2010 | Domaine Les Monts Fournois 'Cote' Vertus | Champagne Bordeaux Superieur almost velvet in textureFrom a village in the southern area of the Cte de Blancs and made entirely from Chardonnay, the 2010 Champagne Cote Vertus Premier Cru is a bright straw silver color and offers more saline notes, with Meyer lemon, bright apples, bread dough, and hay. The palate is medium bodied but has broader shoulders and offers a pithy and chalky texture that has real structure throughout. Its not showing any signs of slowing down and remains very fresh. Drink it
