The vineyards are sustainably farmed, hand harvested and de stemmed, but not crushed in order to ensure freshness and purity of fruit. Ripe raspberry and black cherry flavors combine with earthy, toasty aromas and a hint of vanilla to create a well knit wine with a silky texture that gives way to a firm, dry finish.
