Amici Cellars Hyde Vineyard Chardonnay 2019 Gianni Gagliardo Brézème from Éric Texier isAll Wente clone, the 2019 Chardonnay Hyde Vineyard is another brilliant wine from Jesse Fox and Tony Biagi. First made in 2017 and from a site in Carneros, it saw full malolactic fermentation and 11 months in 40% new Franois Frres barrels. Classic California notes of lemon curd, caramelized citrus, flower oil, and honeysuckle all define the nose, and its medium to full bodied, with a great texture and balancing acidity. Its beautifully done and ideal
