Viñátigo - Gual 2022 (750ml) Castillon - Côtes de Bordeaux This is a tightVitigo's Gual is fermented 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in concrete eggs. It is incredibly aromatic: with layers of smokiness, floral notes such as jasmine; and tropical fruits like pineapples. On the palate, it has a creamy texture, with an amazing balanced acidity. Pair this rich and mineral white with white meats and rich fish dishes.
