The brewers sought to make this brew representative of cherry blossoms soft beauty. In accordance with that goal, Sakura Biyori is delicate and light, something you wont tire of sipping. On the nose expect licorice, flowers and mineral water. A dry tickle on the tongue delivers crisp, mineral flavor that leaves you feeling like youre floating.
