The wine is made up of 100% Barbera grapes, which are destemmed and fermented for 10 12 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine ages partly in French oak barriques, partly in Slavonian oak barrels, to finish it off in stainless steel tanks. Ruby red in color with purple
