This is a washed Simba, a varietal from Karatu, Tanzania, produced by siblings Neel and Kavita Vohora on their Gaia Farm. This is a coffee that "main character energy." It's brother and sister may be Gesha's and an SL 28, but the washed Simba is no black sheep of the family. This Simba stands on it's own two legs, on its own merit. Taste the terrior.
