Do3 Hand Paddles Size:Small As you get stronger youWe chose these hand paddles due to their shape and the fact they are FLAT. This allows for a cleaner entry into the water and better feel as you catch the water. We have added tubing straps for a more secure fit and feel. Unless you are used to using hand paddles, we suggest you go for a paddle that is around the same size as your hand with your fingers spread. As you get stronger you can increase the size.
