Colourant (2026) / Phase Three Brewery_Almanac This was one of ourColourant, in collaboration with our good friends at Phase Three, is a massive imperial stout brewed with a heavy hand of wheat. We doubled down and aged it in Buffalo Trace and Wild Turkey Rare Breed barrels for 17 months before introducing the beer to coconut, cinnamon, and equal parts of vanilla beans. The result is deliciously decadent reminiscent of cream soda and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. *Contains Lactose
