Cobalt HHR 2.0L Long Block Pulleys & Belts Have you pulled the headThis LNF engine uses a Gen 3 "sand cast" block, larger oil pan, higher compression pistons, and several enhancements over the Gen 2 LNF. In its stock form the LDK makes ~10 more HP than the LNF. The block itself is an improvement over the LNF Gen 2 block, and can handle up to and over 500whp, however the rods are much weaker than an LNF. We generally see the rods fail at around 320 350 wheel torque on our mustang dyno, however differences in fuel
