Lil Root Type_Stout - Imperial / Double Coffee Wood Ya Honey Barrel AgedA scaled down version of our bodacious, mostly all Simcoe hopped DIPA called The Root with a little squeeze of Superdelic. We brought the alcohol in this beer down to pale ale territory, but kept the hopping rate the same and built a malt base that delivers big, satisfying creaminess for a beer with this quaint an ABV. It is a delightful little beer that keeps you coming back for more. Dripping in tropical fruit and soft citrus its hard not to love
